About the Event
We have a fantastic opportunity for runners to hear from top running coach Adrian Marriott, and get some of their questions answered. On Monday 25th May we will host a video seminar with Adrian where he will cover topics such as:
- refocusing your mind and training for a new goal
- getting the most from your training during lockdown
- increasing training without getting injured
Adrian was an England and GB International marathon runner who spent a year living in Kenya to learn from the best. He also still holds course records for some of the toughest road races in the south-west including the Crewkerne 9 miles and Blackmore Vale Half Marathon. He is UKA licenced Endurance and Speed Coach and has taught on the England Athletics National Coach Development Programme. He's coached runners at all levels of all abilities from runners starting their running journey and working torwards their first race or event to World Class athletes. He works as a Team Coach for local and international businesses, the UK government and NGOs and also teaches Resilience skills to people. www.adrianmarriott.com
